In 2021, with the incredible success of MiSmile under his belt and wanting to share his learnings with even more dental professionals, Sandeep decided to run an exclusive, one-off course on business growth for just 14 Invisalign® providers. Over 450 applied.
The hunger was clear - never before had there been an all-business course dedicated to boosting practice growth with high-value treatments like Invisalign®. And so, the free¹ Mastering your Invisalign Business course was born.
Almost five years on, we have trained over 1,500 dentists and orthodontists across the UK, Poland, the Nordics, and the UAE, with a 100% recommendation rating³.

Dr Sandeep Kumar
Founder of Mastering your Invisalign Business & MiSmile
Dr Sandeep Kumar can only be described as a trailblazer in the world of Invisalign®.
He is one of Europe’s leading Invisalign® Diamond Apex Providers and has created more than 60,000 beautiful new smiles with Invisalign® in his private clinics and the MiSmile group.
Originally from India, Sandeep came to the UK in 1999 and qualified with the GDC in 2000. On the lookout for his next opportunity and recognising the huge business potential Invisalign® could bring, he bought his first practice and built it into the UK’s first Invisalign®-only clinic – MiSmile Birmingham.
More than 20 years later, Sandeep owns multiple million-pound private practices, and has just celebrated a decade of the MiSmile group - the UK’s largest Invisalign® provider.
Dr Sam Hainsworth
Co-founder of Smile Stylist
Dr Sam Hainsworth is the Co-Founder of the Smile Stylist group, and one of Sandeep’s closest friends and colleagues.
He is a highly respected clinician with more than 17 years’ experience in general and cosmetic dentistry. Renowned for his expertise in smile design and restorative treatments, Sam combines advanced clinical skill with a calm, patient-centred approach that inspires confidence. A graduate of the University of Manchester, he is dedicated to continuous professional development, teaching with Tipton Training and lecturing for Align Technology and MiSmile.
Sam is passionate about empowering both patients and dental professionals to achieve exceptional standards in modern aesthetic dentistry.

Traditional training looks something like this...
